1. What this policy covers

This policy covers agoritmo.com, the website of Agôritmo. In it, "we" and "us" mean Agôritmo.

Each of our apps, like LinkPier, has its own privacy policy. You'll find it on the app's website and inside the app.

2. What we collect when you browse

Nothing. This site doesn't set cookies, run analytics, load ad pixels or use any other tracking. The fonts and images come from our own servers, so loading a page doesn't tell any third party that you were here.

3. Server logs

Like every website, the servers that host this one record basic details of each request: your IP address, your browser type, the page you asked for and the time. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for a short time to keep the site running and secure. We don't use them to identify or profile anyone.

4. When you write to us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to read your message and reply. Nothing else.

If you ask us to tell you when a new app ships, we email you once, the day it's out, and then delete your address from that list.

We don't add you to a newsletter, sell your details, share them for advertising or use them to train software.

5. Who else can see it

Your email passes through and is stored by our email provider, which handles it on our behalf. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

6. How long we keep it

We keep an email conversation for as long as it's useful for helping you, then delete it. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, ask and we'll do it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@agoritmo.com and we'll take care of it.

Laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act and the GDPR give some people these rights. We give them to everyone.

8. Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If we ever add cookies or analytics, this page will say so before they go live.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy go to hello@agoritmo.com. Agôritmo is based in California, USA.
